1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, all items are considered final sale once shipped.
For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded.
TheGlowdent does not accept returns for products that have been used or altered after delivery.
3. Shipping Information Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
TheGlowdent cannot guarantee modifications to shipping details once an order has been submitted.
TheGlowdent is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
4. Orders Marked as Delivered
Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, TheGlowdent cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you cannot locate your package after delivery confirmation, we recommend:

• Checking around the delivery location
Tracking information provided by the carrier will be considered valid proof of delivery for order fulfillment purposes.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
